NEW AFTERMARKET DIPACO PMD with REVISED ELECTRONICS FOR YOUR 6.5 TURBO DIESEL 1994 and UP.

THIS PMD HAVE AN ANNODIZED ALUMINUM HEAT TRANSFER PLATE THAT IS 1/8 OF AN INCH THICKER THAN THE ORIGINAL PMD.

IF YOU HAVE STALLING OR HARD START PROBLEM, EVEN DIES AND THEN START RIGHT AWAY, HERE IS THE SOLUTION, YOU NEED THIS NEW UNIT FOR NO MORE HEADACHES.

THIS PART WILL FIT THE EXACT SAME LOCATION THAN THE ORIGINAL, HOWEVER, YOU CAN INSTALL IT AWAY FROM THE ENGINE WITH A 6 FOOT HARNESS AND A BLUE COOLER. SEE OUR OTHER ITEMS. (ITS GOING TO BE A LOT EASIER TO RELOCATE IT THAN INSTALLING IT BACK ON THE PUMP) RELOCATING AWAY WOULD ONLY TAKE 5 MINUTES.

WHY THIS PART IS BETTER? First, the original Stanadyne PMD was rated at 185 degrees, the new Dipaco unit is rated a lot better at 250 degrees. You will also notice that the unit is bigger than the original part. That will allow a better operation and allow the unit to take more heat compared with the original unit. Test proved that this new Dipaco unit can handle all conditions.

WARRANTY? There is 1 year warranty on the Harness and 6 months on the NEW Dipaco PMD.

IS IT EASY TO INSTALL THIS HARNESS? Yes, a child could do it. Simply unplug your PMD from the original harness and plug in this harness. Next, relocate this harness to your new location and just plug in your new PMD. Should'nt take more than 10-15 minutes.

WHY SHOULD I USE A 6 FOOT HARNESS? We have done testing and found that if you locate your PMD anywhere inside the engine compartment it will run hotter than when it's installed on the fuel pump. (stock location) We also installed a PMD that was stalling under the hood and never stalled again when relocated inside the truck.

WHERE IS THE BEST PLATE TO RELOCATE THE PMD? First, outside the engine compartment. As many of our customers does, they install it in the front bumper...on a blue cooler...bolted in the bumper or they relocate the pmd inside the truck, also on a blue cooler. With this 6 feet long cable, you can do it easily. (PLEASE SEE PICTURES BELOW)
